Starting at 101Kg, in the first cycle I lost 13kgs and after numerous compliments I decided I wanted to reach my goal weight of 80kgs where I would be considered "normal" according to my BMI.  I completed another two cycles and today I weigh 79kgs and wearing a size 34.  Am I happier?  Well I am happier with compliments I'm receiving which are so much better than being called “telly tubby” or worse.  I can now enjoy my daughters fully and my wife thinks she is having “an affair with another man”.

Meet Krystal

LOST 12,8Kg

I started my weight loss in June 2016, and finished my first cycle on August 2nd. I lost a total of 12.8Kgs and I cheated at least once a week, except on the two weeks of metabolism adjustment.  I am not proud of my cheat days, but I am thankful for the protein days. Let's be honest, in a lot of diets you cheat for a day and you are paying for it the entire week. The fact that the weight gain on a single "cheat day" wears off after a protein day is PRICELESS!
